Determination of calcium in serum and urine with an automatic calcium titrator.

چکیده
A recently introduced automat ic calcium t i t r a to r was evaluated for the determinat ion of calcium in serum and urine. I t was found tha t the results obtained were highly reproducible and there was a very good correlation between the resul ts obtained with the t i t r a to r and other established methods. I t is suggested t ha t the t i t r a to r is probably the ideal ins rument for a small l abora tory involved in calcium determinat ions in biological fluids.
